Big Data As A Decision-Making Tool In Human Resource Management

The relevance of the study is determined by the need for high-performance data processing architectures to increase the efficiency of human resource management (HR) in the context of digital transformation and the increasing complexity of analytical processes. The aim of the research is to create an optimized data-driven human resource (HR) decision-making architecture with the integration of machine learning (ML) modules, adaptive pipelines, and streaming analytics, verified by Unified Modelling Language (UML) and metric comparison. Research methods: SWOT analysis, metric comparison, structural optimization decomposition, UML, comparative analysis of UML models, metric comparison of optimized architecture. Optimized HR Data-Driven Decision-Making architecture provided an increase in predictive accuracy to 0.962 (+8.4%), metric stability (+9.1%), and discriminability (+7.8%). SWOT analysis identified 6 strengths, 5 critical weaknesses, 4 risks; comparison confirmed the superiority of SAP Analytics Cloud (0.94; 0.91; 0.89) over the market average (0.81; 0.78; 0.75). UML integration of adaptive feature engineering pipelines, cognitively optimized ML modules, and streaming analytics increased interoperability (+14.6%), modular integrity (+12.3%) and algorithmic resilience (+15.1%). The academic novelty of the study is the formalization and verification of an optimized HR Data-Driven Decision-Making architecture that integrates ML modules, feature engineering, and stream analytics, providing a predictive accuracy of 0.962 (+8.4%) and interoperability of +14.6%. Prospects for further research include localized implementation of the architecture in a test environment with metric and cognitive functional verification, iterative optimization of modules based on the results of institutional contextual empirical testing.

Using Big Data To Increase The Efficiency Of Business Processes In The Digital Economy Of Ukraine

This study explores the transformative role of big data tools in enhancing business efficiency within Ukraine's digital economy. Using a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 200 managers and experts across diverse industries through a semi-structured questionnaire. The analysis encompassed descriptive statistics, reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), regression analysis, and cluster analysis to examine the adoption of predictive analytics, business intelligence, and process automation. Results highlight process automation as the most significant efficiency driver, followed by predictive analytics and business intelligence, enabling streamlined workflows, faster decision-making, and reduced operational costs. Cluster analysis identified three distinct groups of organizations: high adopters achieving notable efficiency gains, moderate adopters facing substantial barriers, and low adopters with targeted benefits but limited efficiency gains. Barriers such as skill shortages, infrastructure gaps, and organizational resistance were prominent among moderate adopters, underscoring the need for targeted interventions. Larger organizations and those led by experienced managers demonstrated greater efficiency, highlighting the importance of resources and leadership in digital transformation. The study emphasizes the need for investment in infrastructure, workforce development, and tailored support for SMEs to unlock the full potential of big data. Future research should focus on longitudinal impacts, sector-specific challenges, and integrating emerging technologies such as AI and IoT. These findings provide actionable insights for policymakers and organizations to foster a data-driven, competitive, and inclusive digital economy in Ukraine.

The Effectiveness Of Data Analytics Tools In The Implementation Of Human Resource Management Strategies

The aim of this research is to study the influence of analytical technologies on the improvement of decision- making processes in HR management. The research employs the methods of statistical analysis, comparative and survey methods with secondary data processing. The article outlines key data analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors; their role in increasing productivity and reducing staff turnover is determined. The results of the study demonstrate that the effective implementation of analytical solutions enables companies to increase the accuracy of forecasts regarding employee productivity and improve management processes. The article also analyses the main challenges that organizations face when integrating analytical systems, including the lack of skilled personnel and the complexity of technology integration. The practical significance of the study is recommendations for optimizing the implementation of analytical tools to increase the effectiveness of HR management. Further research can be aimed at exploring innovative approaches to integrating analytics into business processes and further improving technologies for HR management.
