Розробка управлінських рішень є одним з ключових процесів, що забезпечують взаємозв'язок всіх основних функцій управління. Процес прийняття рішень зводиться до вибору однієї кращої стратегічної альтернативи з певного набору варіантів. У статті досліджуються методи виявлення стратегічних альтернатив розвитку підприємства і запропоновано методику їх групування. Сформульована проблема вибору стратегічних альтернатив. Розглянуті найбільш поширені методи вибору стратегічних альтернатив розвитку при прийнятті рішень, проаналізовані їх переваги та недоліки. ; The development of management decisions is one of the key processes, which ensure interconnection of all major management functions. The decision-making process comes down to the selection of one better strategic alternative from the certain set of options. In the article explores methods for identifying the strategical alternatives of enterprise development and offers the technique of their clustering. It is formulated the choice problem of strategical alternatives. Considered the most common selection techniques of strategical alternatives development in decision – making, analyzed their advantages and disadvantages.
